I've had this on tape for about 2 weeks now and just got the cd...I'm glad I did. There isn't one song on this cd I don't like (this doesn't happen often). From begining to end, this is a killer Biohazard album.. This is what NYC hardcore shoul d sound like! I go to local shows here in MA and see all these "hardcore" bands that don't have much in the way of songwriting skills, with singers that can't do more than scream so that one can tell what they are saying. But bands like Biohazard, L.O.A, Tree, Sick Of It All, and V.O.D know where it's at.

Anyways, enough ranting, back to the cd...I didn't know this until I popped the cd into my computer, but there's cd rom shit on here! A clip of the video for "Switchback" and some cool stuff with the band hanging out in their studio. As for the actual audio, some of this album is what you'd expect from Biohazard, stomping rhythms, heavy lyrical topics, and group back-up vocals (which obviously work out great live)...but there are a few tracks on here that surprised me. "Switchback" is just damn catchy..."End Of My Rope" has a very Paradise Lost feel to it, especially the melody in the chorus "the pain inside surrounds me". (For those unfarmilliar with Paradise Lost, they are a very cool goth kinda band f rom England), this song is pretty mellow (for Biohazard) in some places. There's piano in the intro to "Inner Fear On"...And the last song and title track on this album (which features Christian from Fear Factory on bass, and Igor from Sepultura on drums) is just plain FUCKED UP!
