Here we have MIT's famous professor of linquistics, Noam Chomsky, doing a lecture on video. He stands at a podium and delivers the real news. He discusses in a frank fashion what you'll never see or hear in the mainstream media in this country, the truth about why we're in Iraq. Chomsky goes deep into U.S. foreign policy, and the global imperial plan our "leaders" are stiving towards without our knowlage or consent. In the 2nd lecture he dissects the so-called "Patriot Act" (both 1, and 2) and our government's history of toppling democracy around the world while feeding us rhetoric about "spreading democracy".

The DVD rounds out with Questions About Anachism, where Chomsky is interviewed by Barry Pateman of the Emma Goldman archives. He discusses anarchist views that have influenced and guided his work.

I'd want this DVD for the lectures alone, the information that Chomsky drops is amazing, and once digested it's a total mindfuck. Sit down and strap your mind in before watching.
