Lately alot of American bands have been taking European metal and mixing it with hardcore...in these days of exporting everything overseas, why not just go straight to the source? This brings us to Denmark's Destiny, who like their Massachusetts counterparts Shadows Fall and Killswitch Engage bring the old-school Maiden-esque metal and blend it with this newer 'hardcore' that's around. Throw in a touch of Deftones and you've got a pretty good band across the pond worth checking out. Personally, I think I like these guys better, they throw more into the mix, and the vocals really rip. Definately worth a listen, these guys are good at what they do.
