These SxE hardcore warriors from Boston give new life to the youth crew brand of hardcore that Boston was well-known for pumping out in the 80's and then mid to late 90's. Sporting a thicker sound and a fiery anger to back it up, Embrace Today debut on Deathwish with 15 songs stuffed into less then a half hour. Short and sweet with sing-a-longs and breakdowns. While a lot of bands can get boring doing this fomula, Embrace Today keep it fresh and angry without sounding overdone. While I don't dig on the youth crew stuff a lot myself, This kept my interest. So, much props to Embrace Today. Check it out if this kind of hardcore is your bag. I think you'll like it.
