Maryland's Earthride (featuring Dave Sherman formally of Spirit Caravan and Wretched, and Internal Void's former skinsman, Eric Little) are back with another slab of southern swamp rock, a mix of liquored up vocals, honey-dipped guitar leads, and fat, bluesy, stoner rock riffs. Recorded over a year ago, and engineered and produced by Corrosion Of Conformity's own Mike Dean (when he actually had the time to work on it), this album was well worth the wait. Favorite tunes include "Understand", the title track "Vampire Circus" (that intro is killer...), and "Swamp Witch", which happens to feature Clutch keyboardist Mick Schauer on the organ, and sounds so much like ZZ Top it's not even funny...it rocks.
