Okay, so this is the "Pop Sucks" tour, but from were I'm standing that's all I'm seeing...pop culture. Here are a couple of MTV (nothing but PURE EVIL there kids, stay away...far away) buddies, Korn, Disturbed, and Trust Company. But, lets skip all that shall we? and go straight to how Korn is headlining for the their new 5th album "Untouchables". The evening started off with a pre show movie showing the band hanging out backstage doing rockstar stuff. (Metallica started doing this back in '91 and everyone and their mother has since stolen the idea). But they actually throw in some pretty good clips. I can't tell if they're trying to redo "Evil Dead" or Blair Witch something...it's some kid running from some shit in the woods, looks cool. Korn actually wasn't that bad, they broke up their set well by playing both older and newer songs. But the one LOW point was a partial cover of "One" slaughtering it would be an understatement. Ending the show with "Got the Life" was also questionable, whatever happend to ending the show on a strong note? They have better material to end on. The sound was great at this venue and so was the show if Korn is your bag. Korn's albums have usually come across well (with the exceptions of Life Is Peachy and Follow The Leader) but live they have never done much for me.
